Well, the summer reading plan sort of fell through. Irving, Lutz, Irving, Lutz...you know? Madeline finally acknowledged that she wasn't getting through "A Prayer for Owen Meany" at this point in life, either. So we move on with an alternate plan or no plan at all. I thoroughly enjoyed "The Positronic Man", and I definitely recommend it to any one who is a fan of good literature. It's not very long. It had some very funny parts, and it was highly political. But not heavy-handedly so.
After "Revenge of the Spellmans" I plan on reading a book that my amazing girlfriend bought for me called "The Crime Writer". Then, I'll read the fourth and most current Spellman book before moving on to...The Southern Vampire Series. I am freaking loving the show Trueblood and want to see how I like the books such an awesome show is based upon.
That's all for tonight.
