Comprising 17 tracks...I feel accomplished.

I have just made a mix cd for Madeline Anne.
She's my best friend and I love her more than I love hot sauce AND milk put together.
I've been meaning to get back on making mixes. I love doing it. They take me about 3 hours doing them, picking the songs and putting them in an order I see fitting. And that doesn't even include the detailed synopsis of why each song is included (hand-written, and delivered along with the cd itself, of course)
I know no one ever puts the time into appreciating the mix as a whole the way I intend it, but that's okay. They always appreciate it and are happy to receive them. Kelsie Jo, Courtney, Madeline, and whoever else I've made mixes for have always praised my aptitude for creating them, so I must be doing it right :)

This mix is part one of two. The energetic one full of songs meant to entertain. The next one is going to be more ballad like and "sentimental". It sounds cheesy. It will be. But it's going to be fantastic. I'm not going to even attempt part two tonight as I should long be asleep by now as it is. But believe you me, I'm excited to make it. Certainly tomorrow. For now...sleep.
