I haven't been blogging much. Reasons? No, I don't have any. I just have not been spending a hell of a lot of time on the computer. Facebook, blogger, nothing. Since being back at ISU I've been doing various activities. Job applications: filling out and turning in. Socializing: Playing cards. Going to the mall. Swimming. Playing Wii. Guys Night at Denny's. Class. Homework. All of these things are true.
I need to make more time to read and write, though. The last poem I posted, "Human", was my first in a little while. I want to return to putting out poetry more frequently as well as perhaps tackling the short story form. We shall see.
I'm four hundred pages into Mr. Irving's "The Cider House Rules." I need to just power on through. It's a good read, as are all of his books, I imagine.
That's all for now. I'm alive and pretty well. I'm going to attempt to not have a lapse in blogging as has been the case of late.
